Sensory bodypainting is a method that integrates sensory emotional sound awareness into body arts.
Its main effect, for the artist, is a relaxed but attentiveand sensitive state of creative awareness and the development of the ability to communicate with the model by applying body awareness and emotions. The purpose of sensory bodypainting is to facilitate self awareness, personal development, self-transformation and consciousness shift. It can also be applied and integrated into a variety of practices for healing, education, love-relationships, art-performances, emotional awareness.
In the Sensory bodypainting book are described 9 main experiences (9 rooms) are described that model and the artist can creativelly pass through, in terms of self awareness and healing.
Sensory bodypainting for advanced:
- We will study the main practices for the rooms 5 to 9.
- You will practice basic meditation, breathing and sensory-emotional sound awareness. Sensory massage and communication through bodypainting. 9 Energy centers, their function and healing. Basic energy healing technique. Basic Sound Yoga.
- After this course you will be able to practice the method by yourself, creatively explore with it, and utilize it for self-healing and self-awareness. Also to facilitate the basic version of it to your models.
