Lisa PEK | Austria

lisa pek is an Austrian fashion designer. Her work focuses on textile/kintweardesign for men/women. She graduated at the University for Art and Industrial Design Linz based in Vienna / Schloss Hetzendorf with the titel Bachelor of Arts in June 2009. Currently lisa pek is studying at University of Arts London - London College of Fashion / MA fashion & technology menswear. Philosophy is one of the most important influences for her design concepts with a focus on the idea of post-/structuralistic philosophy. "To me philosophy is theory of the design concept and fashion the embodyment of these thoughts. It s fascinating to me to express ideas through textiles, shapes, silhouettes as well as I love fashion because of it s ever changing character, expression, performance, surrealism."

Berlinmade fashion: Ein Löffel voll Zucker® and 8inch©. Trendy, comfortable and with a clear message: the fashion of Ein Löffel voll Zucker® and 8inch© is everything but not usual. Comfortable material, playful designs and clear cuts. AnnA, Rocco & Co are the names behind the label Ein Löffel voll Zucker® and the designer David Sievers stands behind 8inch©. The first label focuses on womens' wear, the second on men. There is one connecting point between the two labels: the fashion is urban streetwear with jersey and fleece material wearable by everyone. Comfortable to wear but still body enhancing. Cool long sleeves, hoodies and shirts. Warm and clear colours. Scarves, bags and other accessories that fit to the outfits. The collections are available in many German cities and we are happy to welcome David and his two labels in the WBF fashion.park.

Platies | Austria

The Austrian, Peter Kronig went some years ago to South Africa to exercise his favorite pastime, surfing, on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Bloubergstrand. Initially he earned his living as a surf instructor in various countries but after several arduous years in South Africa,he met the love of his life and therefore decided to settle in Cape Town, South Africa. Married with 2 children and ten years later the idea for this recycled product arose out of a bet that the designer, Peter Kronig had with his neighbor. He was challenged to produce a completely new form of recycled product from a car tyre, a safety belt and a license plate. After much thought and brain-storming Peter, the life artist tried his hand at producing a handbag and so the first invented Platie's handbag came about.
